ECMUN 2025 will take place at the Exeter College Hele Road Campus. On the morning of the conference, registration will take place in the Digital Data Centre (Institute of Technology):

Getting here by car/minibus

Exeter College is located near Exeter City Centre and is often subject to traffic, particularly during rush hour, so extra time may need to be allowed if you intend to drive.

We have limited space for minibus parking at the conference, accessible from Howell Road, which is one way approaching from New North Road. Please inform us as soon as possible if you intend to bring a minibus. Overflow minibus parking is also available at the Centre for Creative Industries, a 10-minute walk away from Hele Road.

Students will be available to direct delegations to minibus parking and around the conference, including from the overflow parking to the conference.

Getting here by bus

Exeter College is easily accessible from Exeter Bus Station (~15-20 minute walk) and busses going into the City Centre (~10 minute walk). Additionally, the 355, 4, 4A, 5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 55, 6A, and H bus services stop outside the Hele Road site.

Directions from Google/Apple maps are reliable, and once on the High Street the turning onto Queen Street is well signposted. Continue along Queen Street to the Clocktower, then to the statue of Redvers Buller (Man on a horse). This statue is by the entrance to Exeter College.

Getting here by train

The Hele Road site is a short walk (5-10 minutes) from Exeter Central Station and easy to locate. There will be students at the station to direct you to the conference. Exeter St Davids is an ~10 minute walk, and well signposted - Follow the footpath signs to 'Exeter College'. Google/Apple maps also provide accurate information for this route.

Registration and the General Assembly will take place in the Digital Data Centre (Institute of Technology), highlighted in red on this map.

Committees and staff spaces will be spread accross the DDC (IoT) and the Hele Building (in purple).

Minibus parking is highlighted in green on this map, and is accessible from Howell Road. Students will be available to direct delegations from the minibus parking to registration.

If minibus parking fills up, some delegations will need to park at the Center for Creative Industries, which is on Queen Street. Students will direct you here if necessary.

ECMUN volunteers will be stood around the Hele Road site during registration to make the building clearly identifiable, and will be stood nearby to help direct delegates to the site.
